My approach to HR is shaped by my background in listed companies, where I gained exposure to the realities of managing people, navigating challenging situations, and balancing business priorities with employee needs.
Having experienced HR in a corporate environment, I understand that behind every HR process is a business decision, a people concern, and sometimes a difficult situation that requires both sensitivity and sound judgement.
I understand that business owners need HR support that is practical, dependable, and mindful of business objectives. At the same time, I recognise the importance of treating employees fairly, communicating thoughtfully, and putting the right processes in place.
